Our core brand, Ziwi Peak, has taken hold of the Australian market and is now ZIWI’s third largest market globally. THE ROLE

Operating from our new regional DC in Boronia, Victoria this position is a unique opportunity for a sales professional with multi-faceted sales industry experience who is looking for their next opportunity to grow their career. The hours of the position are flexible, and we are open to negotiation.


The role involves visiting and growing existing clients and prospecting across both Melbourne, in assigned territories, to grow new business and has:

  • Full accountability to maintain and service retail accounts across your territory

  • To educate and develop awareness of No.1 brands and their nutrition benefits

  • Build collaborative relationships with our independent accounts

  • Support and educate staff in retail outlets

  • Business development and following up lead generation for new clients

  • Establishing client servicing cycles on the road

  • Networking with Industry Partners

  • Updating CRM system, monitoring and reporting our performance

  • Accepting Product Sales Orders and following through to the DC

  • Communicating through phone, email, online and in person to client stores

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A successful track record of building sales in a role with similar responsibilities

  • Reliable motor vehicle and full driving licence

  • Ability to sell, negotiate, influence and close a deal

  • Driven by exceeding sales targets and new business acquisitions

  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Intermediate IT skills essential and learning mindset essential

  • Willingness to travel to both rural destinations regularly and interstate when required

  • Availability to attend Pet Events instore and on some weekends

  • Passion for pets and nutrition with similar industry experience will be highly regarded

  • Studies in Animal Health or Human Nutrition will be highly regarded, although not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
