  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Assistant in an administrative environment

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

  • Fluent and professional communication skills by phone, writing and face to face

  • Experience in CRM or data management systems

  • The ability to take initiative and thrive on new challenges and tasks

The company and your role will consistently evolve, and you may be tasked with new and exciting challenges, but primarily you will:

  • Organise monthly/weekly sales meetings including bookings, meeting minutes and any other necessary requirements

  • Prepare and disseminate monthly and other necessary and informative reports for management, sales, and marketing teams

  • Maintain efficient filing systems

  • Prepare and submit new product and promotional details using spreadsheets.

  • Enter, update and monitor data into the company’s ERP system

  • Provide the field team with all the support and back-up that they need to maximise their efficiency and effectiveness and keep them motivated in their mission

  • Help the team to plan, prioritise, prepare and follow-up their sales activities, including route planning, and booking travel arrangements and appointments

  • Keep tracking of stock levels and reporting back to sales team.

  • Follow up unpaid invoices

  • Assist with maintaining hygienic and safe practices within the premises
