Point of Contact for VIP’s, employees, and visitors
Payroll & HR Administration responsibilities
Human Resources Staff Portal updating
Employment Contracts, staff records and absence management
Onboarding and Offboarding activities using Employment Hero
Recruitment Activities
Presentation of Site and introducing new initiatives
Assisting with employee events to make work fun
Maintaining our boardroom & meeting room facilities presentation to a high level
Setting up the Meeting rooms for VIP’s and meetings
Assisting with Team Conferences, including travel, agenda and catering.
Coordinating presenters for our Mental Health Forum
PRE-REQUISITES
Completed a degree in a Business related discipline
Excellent written and communication skills
Advanced computer skills
Working Rights to work in Australia
Transport to our offices in Boronia, Vic
