Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Assistant in an administrative environment
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Fluent and professional communication skills by phone, writing and face to face
Experience in CRM or data management systems

Answer and respond to incoming calls
Process consumer sample requests
Enter, update and monitor data into the company’s ERP system
Process B2B orders through the company’s ERP system
Maintain organisation across all aspects of your role
