Number 1 (Australia) Pty Ltd was established in 2013, with a focus on superior brands for canine and feline consumption as a full-service distributor of natural pet products locally sourced from Australia and New Zealand. The Company is proud of its consistent year-on-year growth and rapid expansion of the products we represent.

Our core brand, Ziwi Peak, has taken hold of the Australian market and is now ZIWI’s third largest market globally.

We also represent a range of innovative Australian brands including Healthy Everyday Pets, ONE with Everything, HempPet, Beasty, alongwith other well-respected brands, and will continue to expand our product offering.

Due to our continual growth, we are looking for a Sales Administration Officer work closely with our Sales Representatives and Territory Managers to take care of administration and customer service.


  • Support our National sales team with administration and ad-hoc tasks

  • Coordinate and maintain effective communication with Demonstrator team

  • Book demonstrator shifts for the Nutritional Advisor team in pet stores

  • Updating CRM system, monitoring and reporting sales teams’ performance

  • Prepare Retailer and Vet sample product packs

  • Complete submission forms on behalf of the Sales Team

  • Coordinate and support with compiling monthly sales reports

  • Attend pet events on behalf of the company, as required

  • Communicating through phone, email with the Sales Reps on the road

  • Assist with phone and email enquiries and follow through accordingly


  • Administration skills and previous customer service experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office and Netsuite an advantage)

  • Ability to effectively prioritise and work to deadlines in a busy environment, this includes working on multiple tasks at any given time

  • Proven track record with having responsibility to support a team

  • High Attention to detail and organisation skills

  • Pet Industry experience highly regarded
