Product Demonstrators / Nutritional Training Team:


About the role:


As a product demonstrator on our Nutritional Training Team, your role will be to:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for all of our brands

  • Provide well-informed advice regarding pet nutrition, and use and benefits of our products, to consumers, influencers, and retail staff

  • Provide reports to management on your activities, and the perceived results of those activities

  • Keeping informed of and conversant with all relevant information provided to you by the Company

  • Attend events or business premises as allocated by peers

  • All training and ongoing support provided

  • All relevant materials/tools of the trade provided

Event Manager


Due to an expansion of our brand portfolio and increase in events around the country, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Manager to work with our dynamic Marketing team. 


You will be responsible for keeping track of key events and opportunities, organising a travelling roadshow in the Eastern states, and coordinating all activities at public events, and at retailers' premises.



  • Extensive experience in event management and strategy - ideally with a touring background, rather than in a static location.

  • Experience of setting up and operating a tour management system using best-in-class IT systems.

  • Excellent communications and record keeping abilities

  • Outstanding time management and attention to detail

  • Experience managing an event budget 

  • Sourcing protentional event opportunities

  • Proven ability to lead a motivated team to produce high quality events

  • Running certain events as they happen to ensure the process is logistically smooth

  • Planning event layouts, staff scheduling and organising display/stock inventory

  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills


The position is expected to be on a full time permanent basis, with some weekend and evening work involved, ideally based out of our main Distribution Centre in South Nowra. However, we are open to the possibility of the position being based out of our office in Melbourne, or even possibly a new location in Sydney.

Warehouse Assistant - Part time

Nowra NSW

Due to an expansion of our brand portfolio, our Warehouse team is looking to expand.


Ideally, this will be a full-time role, however we would be willing to offer part time if required for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Picking and packing orders daily

  • Unload incoming containers

  • Operation of forklift

  • Monitor WH&S standards



Skills and requirements:


  • 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse position

  • Availability between the hours of 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to cope with physically demanding aspects of the role

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Current forklift license

  • Current White Card (preferred but not essential)

Marketing Assistant - Maternity Leave:

Nowra NSW

The Role:
This position is based in our South Nowra office with hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Initially, this will be a maternity leave cover for 18 months and will potentially lead to ongoing full-time or part-time employment.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist Marketing Manager in day-to-day projects
• Establish and maintain online content and e-commerce activities
• Local event coordination and preparation
• Improve engagement within the company, including consumers, retailers, Vets and influencers
• Create POS material using Adobe Creative Suite
• Social media activity

Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 1 year in a Marketing role
• General knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills essential
• High level of communication skills is essential

Commercial Sales Manager/Analyst

Nowra NSW

The Role:


The position will ideally be based in our Nowra office, with a possible opportunity to relocate to our Melbourne office in Clayton.


Consequently the successful candidate will be expected to be within easy travelling distance of either South Nowra NSW or Clayton, VIC and be entitled to live and work in Australia.


Your duties will include, but are not limited to:


  • Management of the activities and results of our team of Sales Representatives across different states in Australia

  • Prioritise and delegate important tasks to the sales team

  • Work closely with the General Manager, CEO and CFO to optimise sales results through analytical and operational support

  • Drive strategic initiatives through recommendation and/or implementation of renumeration structures that incentivise the right sales behaviour to achieve strategic and financial goals

  • Communicate and track metrics via reports and weighted scorecards

  • Create specific budgets with strict deadlines at brand, regional and individual levels

  • Setting up productivity targets and leverage core commercial goals

  • Make recommendations to management and our training team on staff development requirements

  • Analysis of opportunities and results to ensure that the company is optimising identification and development of key opportunities

  • Development of sales proposals designed to maximise results for our sales executives

  • Chairing weekly sales meetings


Skills & Experience:


  • Proven analytical and management skills

  • Excellent decision-making abilities

  • Ability to find opportunities and challenges through interpreting reporting and analysis

to enable effective sales execution

  • Effective communication with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information concisely and effectively to sales

  • High level of English communication skills

  • We have a Netsuite ERP system, so experience in Netsuite or similar ERP system will be very useful

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of reporting and analysis from ERP systems, databases, Excel

  • A degree or relevant experience in sales, business administration, commercial management, or a related field is required for this position
